Details

CNN's pages have ads at the top. On many occasions, these ads will appear twice, one above the other. Often just doing a reload will fix it. But it reoccurs often enough to be a problem. 4.61 has no problem with these same pages that I've seen. Tested with M9, seem to remember it happening with previous milestone releases.

Peter, this looks like another one of those problems where we end up creating frames more than once when JavaScript is involved. I think you're working on that problem I'll leave it to you whether this is a DUP of an existing bug

With the Oct 29th build, I'm not seeing the problem described. Marking as verified fixed.
