Steps to reproduce:

I enabled the setting settings->Privacy->clear private data on exit


Actual results:

Sometime is clears history sometimes it doesnt. Most of the times it doesnt clear history.


Expected results:

It should clear private data including history on exit

Hi apollotonkosmo,

I'm not able to reproduce this bug with Samsung Galaxy Note 3(5.0), Samsung Galaxy Note 5(6.0) with latest builds: 47.0 , Beta, Nightly, Aurora.

Can you give me more information,detailed steps to reproduce and the device you are using?

I open firefox on android, device is Nexus 5 (6.0) i nvigate to a website like youtube or google. Then I select from the menu quit, firefox closes but when i reopen it, it show my history. As i said this works sometime and sometime it doesnt.

I did an uninstall and reinstalled it from playstore as before. I tried several times and it now works all the time. Maybe it was something cause by the previous installation (update). I dont know. I will also try later again.
