1286891 - TreeHerder Intermittent Bug Filer shouldn't strip TEST-UNEXPECTED-TIMEOUT from bug summary

Last night, we had a bug filed for this failure:

...using the treeherder intermittent bug filer.

The bug summary was (initially):
> Intermittent 2d.composite.transparent.destination-in.html | expected OK
...which is not at all clear about what happened / what the failure was.

If you look at the log and the TreeHerder page, you can see that it's a TEST-UNEXPECTED-TIMEOUT, but that was stripped from the log-line when autogenerating the bug summary.

We should not strip TEST-UNEXPECTED-TIMEOUT when autogenerating the bug summary.
