i.e. themes icons for:

* message-mail-new-attach.gif
* message-mail-new-attach-offl.gif

These are missing for both Classic and Modern.
To expand my description:  we need icons for local emails that are with
attachments, and local emails that have attachments that are offline.

The former is very important, because sometimes you don't want to click on a
spam e-mail if it has attached scripts, etc.
