Hide tab bar when only one tab Pref should be on by default, so that when a user
closes all tabs, they are provided with the maximum amount of room for the
content window.

Nominating for nsbeta1, because the user should be return to greatest amount of
space for content, when not using Tab functionality.

Can someone verify this with a new profile, or a profile that has not used
Tabbed browsing. I did not notice that this pref was on by default. In fact, I
distinctly remember having to check the pref to enable this fucntion in the
build I was using.
