I don't know what I am doing with computers. I downloaded Real Player One, and
then went to Amazon.com to try to download music. Their website informed me of
the bug and of the web browser I have. What do I do now?

Bonnie, what was the exact address of the page you went to? (copy this from the
location bar). What was the exact error message? What Mozilla build are you
using? (You can get this last by going to the "Help" menu and selecting "About
Mozilla", the exact build is the string starting with "Mozilla/5.0").
You can enter this information on this bug by going to
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=128768, typing it in the "Additional
Comments" area and then clicking the "Commit" button below that.
Thanks,
Boris

This somehow ended up on bug 70907:
------- Additional Comment #23 From Bonnie Materas 2002-03-04 19:03 -------
Dear Boris, I just read thoroughly your note. I have already sent the info
requested back to you in email form. Sorry for any inconvenience.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/103-1347666-3958232 is the
exact web site I went to.
The exact error message i received is:
Browser Bug?
Attention: There appears to be a bug in the web browser you are currently
using. Here are some ways to get around the problem:
1. return to the page you were previously on
2. To check out, ...(followed by instructions on how to check out).
Your web browser is Mozilla/4.0 (compatible;MSIE 5.0; AOL 7.0; Windows 98;
DigExt).
That was the end of the message. I have AOL 7.0, and Windows 98, 2nd Ed.
I have looked in the help menu to try to find out the answer to the exact
Mozilla build I am using, but am having no luck finding this. Got any tips?
Thank you, Bonnie

Bonnie, I get that error message with every single browser I go to that web page
with... So it doesn't look like there is a mozilla-specific problem, and in
fact looks like it is the web page that is in error.
Furthermore, the browser you are using is not Mozilla. You are using:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible;MSIE 5.0; AOL 7.0; Windows 98; DigExt)
which is the AOL version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) 5.0. This
browser advertises itself as being Mozilla compatible by putting "Mozilla/4.0
(compatible" in the information it sends to the server, but this browser is
completely unrelated to Mozilla.
I'll close this bug out as invalid, since the bug is not in fact in Mozilla. And
I don't think you have any cause to worry--as I said, that error message seems
to be a problem with the page and not with your browser.
Take care,
Boris
