I think would be useful to be able to query the `bugdetails` api for a bug to find the timestamp/date of the most recent occurrence of the failure. 

I guess this should also be exposed in the "bugs" object in the `bybug` api. Not sure if that would happen automatically or if something more needs to be done to include that.
OrangeFactor is now EOL (bug 1367364), having been replaced by the new Intermittent Failures View (in bug 1367362):
