It's a followup bug for Bug1281103. As comment #20 in Bug1281103, we should estimate how much space would get freed by running the origin eviction.

Tom, I think this doesn't fall into P1 (urgent) or P2 (plan to fix in the next release or a few months), so P3 seems the best fit for me for now. Please feel free to modify if you have a different opinion.
