Attachment: presto 0.150 + hyperloglog stacktrace

When attempting to start Presto 0.150 with the hyperloglog plugin added, an error gets thrown during startup.

Presto 0.150 isn't support by EMR release. Before we invest in porting the plugin we should make sure that there is no other way around it and that we can deploy 0.150 without EMR.
