Add-Ons page w/ serif fonts
All versions of Firefox on Mac OS Sierra are using serif fonts for all application-specific text, including the address bar, tabs, downloads, and extensions. See screenshots attached.
Unsure of steps to reproduce because I don't know how it happened in the first place, and cannot revert to normal.
