*only RTL builds are affected (or create 'intl.uidirection.en' pref set to → 'rtl' in about:config)

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Open Inspector: Ctrl + Shift + C (for Windows & Ubuntu) or Cmd + Opt + C (for Mac OS X).
3. Click on 'Filter Styles' search box.
4. Start typing.

[Expected result]: 'Filter Styles' search box is properly displayed.

[Actual result]: The 'X' button overlaps the search icon.
