I can replicate this issue.

See also comments on bug 1286972 where this issue was (presumably inadvertently) introduced.

According to https://www.adobe.com/support/products/enterprise/eol/eol_matrix.html Adobe Reader XI is supported until October 2017 and, as such, the latest 11.0.x release should not be considered vulnerable until after that date.
In my opinion this bug should probably be re-assigned to the Blocklist maintainer, since that was the change which led to the block in the first place.
