Based on https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Zuxs4p9v_OR_GrxZfqxFcXYmqpoHI3ZxB_A1aCGjcqo/edit#gid=2046414312 my recommendation is that we go for fully async approach, with no-indexing approach for now. I still feel that indexing will be useful, but we can add it later.
