Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Build ID: 20160623154057 Steps to reproduce: I have encountered the problem many times, but it is difficult to reproduce, so unfortunately I cannot list specific steps to reproduce. Actual results: I pressed ⌘W, which is supposed to close the tab. The tab did not close. I use Firefox on Mac OS X. I don't know if there is a similar problem on Windows (with the Control-W keyboard shortcut). Expected results: This keyboard shortcut should always work to close the tab. I can't think of a reason why this shortcut should ever be disabled. But if there is a legitimate reason to disable it, not that the "Close Tab" command (in the "File" menu) should be greyed-out. I checked the menu while I was having this problem, and the command was NOT greyed-out. Therefore the command (and its keyboard shortcut) should have worked.
