Something landed in the past couple of days where with debug builds of Firefox, I cannot start firefix. I get the assertion:
Assertion failure: !sUser32BeforeBlocklist, at /gecko-dev/mozglue/build/WindowsDllBlocklist.cpp:769

BTW, this happened on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 for me.
I get this as well.

working on a better fix for this over in bug 1286306.
