I have worked with the team at Pingdom, and they have reactivated the account this week. I'll be moving it over, as well as granting similar access to the team.
We had about 24h of unmonitored time, for the record. I worked with them on Saturday to get us back.
Any news on the new account?
The news came to you via an email invitation last week, and I also updated you in irc. We've been on the new account for a bit now. There is a new account with the same checks, and that account will require that login.
