We're splitting out the collector from the socorro repository into a new socorro-collector repository (bug #1145703). We need to be able to: 1. test the new collector alongside the existing one 2. set up the new collector on -stage 3. set up the new collector on -prod 4. set up infrastructure for deploying the new collector to -stage and -prod based on the socorro-collector repository on github This tracker bug covers that work.
Grabbing this since I'm driving it.

This is blocked on the bug for finishing up the code work. Enough time has passed since we last talked about this that it's worth rethinking the decision of which infrastructure we're going to put this on. I'll talk with JP and Lonnen about that again.

The big plan has changed at least a dozen times since I wrote up this bug (entirely my fault) and the new plan involves using a different infrastructure and thus will require a new set of bugs to be written up at some point in the future. Closing this out as WONTFIX.
