This valid info text shows up on several pages, e.g. http://tether.io/

This site appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. This may not work well with asynchronous panning; see https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Performance/ScrollLinkedEffects for further details and to join the discussion on related tools and features!

Nits:
1. The link https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Performance/ScrollLinkedEffects is not clickable
2. Altogether this info should follow the "Lean more" scheme. UX consistency.

See screenshot
I'd be in favor of converting this to a 'Learn More' link if possible. Florian, what do you think?

Absolutely. Didn't see this before and I don't have the time to come up with a patch myself at the moment. I guess it would be nice if messages that use MDN URLs go through some sort of review by me or any other MDN person. That way we can make sure those pages are in good shape and we don't point to wrong URLs etc.
