Device: OneA2001(Android 5.1.1)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to private browsing and play a video
Actual results:
- Video controls are displayed in the notification bar
Expected results:
- Video controls should be hidden

I think we wshould show the control notification for a private tab too:
* Not showing the notification does not mean the video/audio is not still playing in the background
* We should notify the Android system that this notification may contain sensitive contain. Android will then hide the data in some situations, for example on the lock screen. See bug 1288972.

This issue can also be handled in bug1288972, so I set this bug as duplication.
