1290329 - Link to MDN docs from individual crash reports

We now have some nice documentation on how to read an individual crash report: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Understanding_crash_reports

peterbe suggested that we link to this from the crash report page. I propose adding a link next to the "Search Mozilla Support for Help" link. It would say  "How to interpret this page" or something similar.

Fixes bug 1290329 with a new link. (#3469)

The commit adds a new "How to read this crash report" link. It also
changes the existing link from "Search Mozilla Support for Help" to
"Search Mozilla Support for this signature".
