Details
summary: When calling specific api's that require the user to grant permission for access there is no prompt as needed.
str: update device to current build
1.) open browser
2.) navigate to http://1Jamie.github.io
3.) observe status of camera access
expected results:
B2G prompts you to choose whether or not you want to grant access and which camera to use
actual results:
the site does not prompt for you to grant access and does not display anything for camera
user impact: any core apps that are webapps that require user granted permissions are no-usable eg. camera, geolocation... etc.

Yes, this is a big issue. Fullscreen prompt works though, so I guess it's not the prompt in general.
