Go to a failed reftest job, e.g. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=3b508a4df47d&group_state=expanded&selectedJob=25030546 and click on the reftest analyzer button. ER: reftest analyzer loads AR: it says loading... but never loads.
As a workaround, you should be able to get it to load if you replace the "http" with "https" in the middle of the URL (after "logurl=").
