Steps to reproduce the problem:

o Bring up 3-pane mail window
o Logon to one of the Imap account by selecting one of the imap folder
o Select imap host node
o File | New Folder with a name
o Notice that two RDF folder node gets created in the folder pane
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Target Milestone: M11
M11 for now.
I think this is a regression.

Remove unwanted CreateClientSubFolderInfo() in
nsImapMailFolder::OnStopRunningURL(). nsImapMailFolder.cpp changed.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED

Using the same scenario as described.  I do not see two folders being created.
Problem is fixed.
