1292354 - "Tab" to bookmark or history in awesome bar does not work anymore

Steps to reproduce:

1) remove all search engines and no search suggestions
2) crate a bookmark for https://reddit.com/r/firefox and put the name and the tag "red"
3) Type in the awesome bar "red<Tab><Enter>"


Actual results:

about:preferences#search page opens up


Expected results:

It should have selected the bookmark and it should go to https://reddit.com/r/firefox

I tested with Nightly, a new profile and no addons on the profile. This used to work for as long as I remember using Firefox until today. Also it used to work with history items also, not only named bookmarks.
