From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020204
BuildID: 2002020406
When "Ask me before downloading an image" is checked, the answer to "Do you want
to allow it?" should persist until the page is finished loading, unless
"Remember this" is checked.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In "Preferences," check "Ask me before downloading an image."
2. Open a WWW page from a site you have not visited before. WWW page must
include multiple images.
3a. Click to allow image to load, but leave the "Remember this decision" unchecked.
- or -
3b. Click to deny permission to load, but leave the "Remember this decision"
unchecked.
Actual Results: Permission box keeps popping back up until all images on page
are loaded, or user gets tired and finally checks "Remember this decision."
Expected Results: Mozilla loads all images from allowed server, and denies all
images from denied server, for the entire page.
Image blocking is a GREAT feature. I like to leave it on, but don't like the
fact that my "Image Permissions" file gets huge because I am basically forced to
remember permissions/denials, since most pages load too many images to allow
individually.

Image blocking is not on a per image basis, it is on a per host basis.
Sounds like you might be confusing the symptoms and that this is really a dup of
bug 129734. If you think I'm wrong, then please undup it.

Sorry, I tried to make this easy to understand, but I missed.
Current behavior = Have to allow each individual image on page to load if
"Remember" is UNchecked.
Desired behavior = Allow all images for JUST THIS page to load if "Remember" is
UNchecked.
This change would affect image loading when Moz asks permission to load an image
and "Remember this" is left UNchecked. I do this when I am making a
first-and-only visit to a host.
I am asking that the answer to "Do you want to allow it?" persist (though
"Remember this" is UNchecked) for ALL images until the page is finished loading.
This is a request for enhancement, not a "problem" bug.

I don't see any bugs on restoring "ask before loading," and since I think that
option should not come back, this bug is irrlevant, so I'm marking it invalid.
