If I have 1 window open I cannot minimize it (I hit minimize and it minimizes
and pops right back up). If I have multiple windows open I can minimize all but
one, then if I close that one the others stay minimized.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to minimize with button or tab

Actual Results:  If single window open will minimize and maximize again

Expected Results:  should minimize to the toolbar
