To confirm, it will be a simple change in balrog (specifically just deleting ruleID: 392)

Sorry, should have been clearer: I was referring to bug 1293286 comment #13 in case we want to change the URL to something else for XP and Vista:

But you're correct that a refresh of our SHA1 installers should be enough to only require the change in balrog.
