Request for MDN receipt saved along with draft and template should be
reactivated when sending/recomposing. The MDN request is saved with
X-Draft-Info: experimental message header.

Verified when saving a mesg as a draft or template
that in the header that this is displayed:
X-Mozilla-Draft-Info: internal/draft,vcard=o,receipt=1,uuencode=0

and when you send the draft/template w/MDN return receipt
requested, that the addressee is prompted and that sender of the mesg does 
receive a Return Receipt back.


Guys, if I missed something let me know. I assume I tested
the reasons why this bug was filed.
