I think Component should be Layout: Form Controls. attachment 140989 [details] (see bug 222998) shows that ondblclick works for select and options. I verified with Mozilla 1.8a2 build 2004061308 and Firefox 0.8.0+ rv1.7 build 20040613 that when the select has size > 1, then it does render the ondblclick event attribute. E.g.: just add 1 option to the 3 select and set size of selects to 2 in attachment 72929 [details] and the ondblclick event handler will be carried out.
