Essentially, what happens is that bug 742434 ended up enabling the sandbox code on all Linux architectures, while the code only builds on x86/x86-64. There was a provision around that for the gmp sandbox, but there is no equivalent for the content sandbox, leading to the error message in the summary when building without a manual --disable-content-sandbox.
