[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Regression

STR:
1. Install Click to Play per-element extension from here - https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/click-to-play-per-element/
2. Make sure that Flash plugin is set to "Ask to Activate"
3. Open some website page with many Flash elements
4. Try to enable Flash per only one element with Click to Play per-element extension
to see it doesn't work and enables Flash for all website page instead of only one element

No. The addon is very fragile because it duplicates Firefox code, and it's likely to break. I don't know who owns it, but if it breaks that's not a big deal and not something we should track in our bugzilla.
