This signature has been occurring reasonably often on Nightly for a while now. The crashes all seem to be occurring within the Flash process. I'm not sure if we care about that or not.

This is one of the AMD/radeon graphics driver DLLs, 64-bit only. These are not all plugin crashes. But it does appear that many more of these are happening on nightly and aurora, and the volume is plugin-related. But I checked, and basically all of the plugin crashes here are "submitted from infobar". So I'm guessing this is somehow shutdown-related, and it doesn't normally affect users, but with the infobar submission we're seeing these reported.
I'm inclined to think we shouldn't spend engineering time on this.
