Details

I was attempting to changing several bugs at once from a list created by a
query for bugs that were marked "LATER" or "REMIND".

I selected the radio button "reopen" and received the following error message:

Software error:
SELECT resolution FROM bugs WHERE bug_id = : You have an error in your SQL
syntax near '' at line 1 at globals.pl line 214.

"bugs" is the SQL userid for the bugzilla database.

I was able to change the bugs individually by selecting the bug from the
original query list and then reopening it using the "reopen" radio button and
then committing the change.
you didn't choose any bugs to change....

I selected all of the bugs.

Someone else complained about something like this recently, but I can't remember
who. Maybe Andreas. cc:ing him.
The error you pasted here is definitely an error when you selected no bugs. If
you selected bugs you would have got a different error. That is bug #95430.
Based on the comments, I think the reopen bug would produce a similar SQL error.
I think this is a dupe of that one rather than the "no bugs selected" one.
