Details

In HTMLMediaElement::IsPlayingThroughTheAudioChannel(), we would decide whether need to activate the audio channel agent.

Some checking conditions in that function can be removed after landing bug1262053. We also need to provide enough test case to make sure everything would be good after removing these checking conditions.
