When a menu (using iframes) drops down over a combo box that has a scroll bar,
the scroll bar of the combo box show through the menu.                         
           


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a HTML that has an iframe that drops down over an combo box that has a
scroll bar.

Actual Results:  The scroll bar of the combo box shows through the menu

Expected Results:  The scroll bar should not show  when the menu drops over it. 

A testcase can be provided to show this problem.
