Steps to reproduce:
Event creator:
* Create an event
* Invite an email that is not the recipient's default account (also using same version with multiple accounts configured)
* Send invitation
Invited person (with more than 1 account)
* accepts event's invitation.
Actual results:
Event creator receives the response from the recipient's default account, not the one that was originally invited.
An extra invitee appears in the list which was not invited.
Expected results:
Event creator receives the response from the recipient's account originally invited.

Thanks for your report. What is your exact version of Lightning? Have you made sure to have the respective email address associated to a calendar?
I have Lightning 4.7.2 in both machines.
Do I have to associate an email address to a calendar? doesn't every email has a separate calendar?
thank you

Yes, to work with email invitations, it it required to do so to prevent experiences like yours. Lightning has no concept of email addresses of a relation of calendars and email accounts/identities other then an association by the user.
