I am guessing this is just a transient issue with a group of machines that came up. This image is from the middle of July so has been pulled down many thousands of times. Also, retriggering fixes the issue when the task runs on one of the machines not affected. I also do not do not see this failure on any other image (it was limited to those pushes to aurora, but not related to code checked in). I say we monitor and leave up until next week. We can close if it doesn't happen again.
