Hello, They aren't broken. They are not yet written, it is a wiki. Feel free to help :)
They experimental API's still need to work on. If you are interested, you can proceed to work on it.

whop! sorry I didn't know. I would be happy to contribute but I was looking for that link because I don't know exactly how that property works! What about pointing all the 'not-yet-written' pages to a standard page with some text telling the user that the page has not been written yet and he can contribute? The standard 404 page feels like a broken link ;)
