MDN Editor guide doesn't state precondition for creating attachments

Steps to reproduce:
I'm trying to add an attachment (so I can display an image). The instructions here (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/MDN/Contribute/Editor/Basics#The_attachments_box) state that I should be able to see an attachments box.
Actual results:
The attachments box is not present on my draft page.
Expected results:
If there is a precondition that page must be published before files are attached, that should be noted. If not, I'd like help with my permissions!

Fixed by adding a note to the documentation explaining that this requires a permission, and how to obtain it.
