Posted with Linux branch build 2002030908. Confirmed with NS621 for Win32.
Frankly, I don't know enough about "correct" behavior to know if this is a
layout bug or tech evangelism, so I'll leave it up to you. The bulleted text on
this page uses negative margins, resulting in bullets overlapping content.
Looks yucky. Bug#87724 may be related.

its the same problem with <li> as in bug 57882.
