Windows 10 x64, Mac OS X 10.10, Ubuntu 16.04 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Open the attached file in Firefox Nightly 51
2.In frame 1 click on Video and select "Never Share"
3.In frame 2 click on Video
4.Click on "i" from the address bar

[Expected result]:
Videos should not be shared 
In the address bar near the "i" should appear a camera in grey colour with a stripe over it
In Control Center, under Permissions should appear a grey camera icon and also a close button near Block

[Actual result]:
Videos are not shared
In the address bar near the "i", camera icon is missing
In Control Center, under Permissions, "You have not granted this site any special permissions." message is displayed

This issue is reproducible also when Audio or Audio&Video options are selected
