This has been failing pretty steadily for about 4 months now. All failures have been on Windows 7. Can you please take a look when you get a chance, Olli?

This failure has come and gone for many months, but there has been a sustained increase in failure frequency since April 24.

All failures are windows and opt or pgo -- seems like a good candidate for skipping on these platforms.
