Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Nightly with Intel HD 5000, go to https://www.khronos.org/registry/webgl/conformance-suites/1.0.3/conformance/extensions/oes-element-index-uint.html?webglVersion=1
Firefox 51.0a1 (2016-09-04) crashes
Firefox 48.0.2 Passes

I bisected this regression down to:

A couple more points. You must go to Preferences->Disable 'multi-process Nightly'.
The console error message is "intel_do_flush_locked failed: No such file or directory"
