Details

Currently, if an open bug is not touched in a week, the assignee gets notified. Can you do this for QA contact also?

i'm not sure that's helpful. bugzilla already sends out boatloads of mail. the qa person doesn't get involved until after something gets changed on the bug, right? why spam their mailbox unless you want qa people trying to hunt down engineers.
QA folks get involved in all kinds of places :-) Dark place you may not even want to know about Mr. Yeh :-) Just tested this...it works anyway. marking WorksForMe.
