User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160824215626 Steps to reproduce: Download a file and waited for download to finish. Actual results: Sometimes it works as intended, sometimes the animation gets stuck, and there is a big blue semi-transparent arrow hovering above the toolbar ; hovering the buttons behind it ("Save in Pocket", "Display the progress of ongoing downloads" and "Mozilla Firefox start page") acts like an eraser : parts of the blue arrow that were on top of these buttons are no longer displayed (the buttons appear to get on top of the arrow). But for parts of the arrow that are not above buttons (most of the arrow), this trick doesn't exist of course. Expected results: The animation should terminate, and the arrow should completely disappear.
