Build ID: 2002-03-11, all OSs.
Summary: Forward as inline is broken.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a message, attempt to forward as inline.
Expected Results:
You should be able to see the message body, have a cursor insertion point above
it, and be able to add a recipient.
Actual Results:
We fail to grab the msg body when forwarding inline. This is IMAP, haven't test
POP3.
