queryhelp.cgi shows *all* products and components (and versions and milestones
etc etc) regardless of the user's access permissions.

Why is access to bug 126801 restricted?

It's restricted because it's a security issue.  It will be made public again
once a version of Bugzilla with the fix gets released.  I have restricted this
bug as well, and I cc:ed you on the other bug so you can access it now.

bugzilla security group.
