Updating web-platform tests this kept giving:
TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /media-source/mediasource-activesourcebuffers.html | Active SourceBuffers must appear in the same order as they appear in the sourceBuffers attribute: video is first sourceBuffer, audio media appended first - assert_equals: activeSourceBuffers list updated when tracks are loaded expected 2 but got 1
So I have disabled that subtest for now.

I've run this test on local environment repeatedly, which looks good. I think it's time to re-enable this.
