I change the system call for processmail.pl
system("c:\\perl\\bin\\perl.exe",".\\processmail.pl" , $id , $::COOKIE
{'Bugzilla_login'});
now the problem is
Too late for "-T" option at processmail.pl line 1

Please do not file new bugs as a way of getting tech support. Posting in
bug 129401 or on netscape.public.mozilla.webtools on news.mozilla.org
would be a good idea.
