STR:
1. Set pref privacy.firstparty.isolate = true
2. Load Google Calendar: https://calendar.google.com
3. Create a new meeting
4. In the new meeting page's "Enter guest email address" field, start to enter a known email address.
RESULT:
Nothing happens. Google Calendar is supposed to show a list of matching email addresses for auto-completion.
I reported a similar problem last year (bug 1147276) about e10s breaking Google Calendar's auto-complete, but we never isolated the root cause before the problem went away.
